Why do I feel like I should be playing “School’s Out” by Alice Cooper right now? You know, when I was a kid we didn’t get out of school for the summer until the end of May – and by that I mean the last day of May (or the 1st of June) – but we didn’t go back until Sept 1st…or the first working day after Labor Day (something like that). So, happy summer vacation to all the kids – and the teachers! But Summer Break signals the beginning of grilling season.
