We've all had or soon to have a patient with a fixed restoration on four more implants and one of those key implant fails. In the past the only choice and option available was to toss out the final restoration and place a new implant and make a brand new fixed hybrid restoration. In this episode, I discussed a novel new treatment approach that is a salvage procedure so that the final restoration does not need to be remade.
