7 months ago, I’ve also been a situation where I felt lost , depressed, cried myself to sleep.
Presently, I am the exact opposite of that person. In this podcast, I shared to everybody how I did it:

6. I surrounded myself with the right people
7. I expressed my emotions through writing, later on through my posts – through podcasts (find where you can express yourself)
8. Experiment, and learn from everything
9. Be grateful
