Today’s episode is a bit different.

On the third Thursday of the month, I normally bring on a caller to coach them through a question or situationship.

In today’s episode, I wanted to bring on Lauren. We’ve worked together 1x1 and she’s a member of the Love Action Tribe.

I wanted her to share her path with you, and luckily, she agreed! Because if you’re anything like me, you want to hear from “real” people what this journey actually looked like for them.

The theory and steps to take are nice, but lord knows it’s never as straightforward as that.

So if your path is feeling rather loop de loop, I hope Lauren’s journey will inspire you. No one has anything more or less special than you. No one knows anything you don’t. They’re just doing the work, and you can do that too.
