In this episode, Shannon and Shae discuss the sacral chakra. Located between the naval and the base of the spine, the sacral chakra holds the energies of pleasure, creativity, sexuality, and desire. First acknowledge the trauma that may sit in this energy center. Second, connect with it, empathize with it, and detach as the observer. Finally, transmute the energy by allowing your body to FLOW (in whatever way feels the most appropriate to you, and you only). NOW is the time to own and reclaim your power.
