In this episode we brought on the first guests we have had on our podcast in a 4way setting! Adrian and Vinny made a return with some big changes that have happened since the first time they came on 3 months ago!

In this episode we learn how Adrian went from losing his job as a personal trainer to opening up a gym all on his own navigating a new world. He realised very quickly that he had to make a switch from being a personal trainer to a fully fledged business owner who focused more on marketing and sales rather than coaching!

In this same period we learn that Vinny has dived deep with massive lessons gained from the day trading world. From extreme highs to extreme lows he battles an unknown world that not many people can handle in the long run. He admits to the fact he is locked in to see what he can achieve in something he truly has a passion for.

We learn a lot from these two in how they navigate the world of fitness, business and overall self development as the driving force behind everything they do.
