We just want to start out by saying, “Thank you.” Thank you for spending part of your weekend with us on the show. We like to think we’re an oasis of sorts – a fun-loving change-of-pace show right smack dab in the middle of a bunch of much more serious-minded subjects that seem to dominate talk radio on Saturdays and Sundays. Yes, we are a cooking show on the radio – which is a fairly illogical concept in and of itself, because it’s not like we can show you how to cook, but as you know (if you’ve listened very much at all) we certainly don’t restrict ourselves to cooking. In fact, we’re proud that we talk about a little bit of everything, and then try to bring it all back around to the subject of food, because eating is such a universal activity.
