We all need to decompress from time to time mentally. What are some ways you do this if at all? There are four ways that I tend to decompress mentally.


1. Breath work

2. Meditation

3. Journaling

4. Praying


Make sure you take the time to decompress. take action by paying more attention to yourself, and also find your way or ways to decompress.
