In this interview I talk with my oldest brother about the drugs crime and mental health issues going on in Philadelphia. Also we talk about his ability to overcome how and why. Programs and ways to attack these issues to  help individuals be able to overcome themselves.    

In this episode I talk about taking the time for self refection. Take a look at what we are holding on too so tightly that may be holding us back. What in your life are you holding on to that is serving no purpose what so ever? Its time to let that thing go for good.

In this episode I talk about what it is important to organize things in you life. When you do this thing will start to become more efficient for you. You won't stop when thing get in your way because of frustration and being overwhelmed. You will have a more clear mind to get things done more efficiently and effectively.

The simple and plain answer is you can not succeed if you settle wit being mediocre. you must come out of that stage of life and be better each and everyday.

Rant and rave about family and friends not wanting or allowing you to help them when you have the tools to equip them in order to overcome things. This is one if not the hardest thing as a personal development coach. Jesus says it best in Luke 4:24 and also in Mark 6:4.

We all go through things in life and when we come out on the other end we gain value. we become better people more capable to overcome and not only overcome but also able to help other in the same or similar situations.
