This podcast is for men and women who get stuck in "mental warfare". I want to provide road maps, outlines, critical thinking methods to help them out of their current frame of mind. Having a background in competitive sports my whole life and being a psychology major in college I formed a framework that can cultivate the ability to overcome not only stress, anxiety and depression, but any negative mindset you may encounter.
