I usually use these 7 steps when I start a new client. First of all, it is important to not go too fast, I always want to keep it success simple - KISS - I want to break it down in order to actually reach the goal. 

How fast we can go and how to break it down will be different from person to person depending on so many different factors. 

  1. Clean up nutrition 
  2. Move more - Move daily
  3. Control your portions 
  4. Find a way of training you like! 
  5. Find YOUR balance 
  6. Breathing & meditation 
  7. Track your food to learn and make sure you get enough food for your body.
