When I was in my late 20s I went through a serious depression and I felt like I had no way out. I was zombied out on anti-depressants and valium and did my best to alienate everyone, including myself, in order not to feel. What I thought was the cause was actually the trigger and forced me to realign with my purpose.

I share some of my experience here and how I now know it relates to the life cycle I was in: my first Saturn return. This is also the moment I first gingerly stepped onto the path of my spiritual growth.
