It has been a while hasn’t it? I actualy feel a bit rusty yet that doesn’t mean that the message of this podcast is any less valuable.

Recently Tammy reached out to me to apologize as she explained that she hadn’t been completely forthcoming in the first podcast we did together back in 2023.

Reason: she wasn’t ready to share certain things that she herself still needed to process and in all honesty, I am glad she didn’t at the time because sharing from the wound instead of the scar can actually lead to more trauma to heal.

Now two years later and after a lot more healing she is ready to share aspects of her youth, rebellion as a teen and her spiritual growth. We discuss some vulnerable topics such as abuse, psychic attacks, drugs and alcoholism, just so you’re aware.

Diamond is a lovely young woman who dared move beyond her conditioning and logical mind and dive into the woo. She signed up for Psilocybin trials in her State which lead to the insights and integration needed to heal the depression that stemmed from her bipolar type II with which she was diagnosed at the age of fourteen.

Gea is a Self-Projected Projector Human Design type.

And the Projectors are here to guide and manage the energy of others, as well as become very wise about their own energy. So being a workaholic is the opposite of what she should have been doing, yet this is the conditioning for a lot of Projectors.

In 2015 Gea went on her first solo pilgrimage on the Camino Frances, from Saint Jean Pied de Port in France, all the way to Santiago de Compostela in Spain, leaving behind everything that was safe and familiar to her. 

She learned to rely on her own decision making and also when to set boundaries that honoured her need for solitude and rest, it was full of wonderful experiences, big lessons and special connections. 

She went on to become both a Wayfinder and Nature based coach, exchanging her hectic work-life for a life in which she guides others to connect with themselves through nature. In the meantime she has also done many more Camino’s on various routes.

She created the Peace Labyrinth in Aruba and organizes Mindful Nature Hikes on the island too. So if you’re ever on the island…!

Kalyani is a TEDx speaker, the only certified Flowcess trainer in Canada and a multiple award winning author. Kalyani has collaborated with the Calgary Military Family Resource Centre to conduct her comprehensive six-week self-bullying intervention course. 

She has delivered informative presentations for parents and teens, focusing on the topic of self-bullying and presented a compelling talk on Uniqueness to Excuses to Connect which centered around the exploration of one's individuality, uncovering their Intangible Drivers, and overcoming obstacles to embrace one’s authentic self.

A few years ago, Yuritzi and I met during a live event that was part of our BodyMind Coaching training. She is a beautiful, kind and soft Soul who radiates…something… I can’t even find a word for it.
