Candice is my Silent Counselling mentor and teacher, who has recently trained me as one of her teachers so others can become practitioners, so it is all super exciting, these are the modalities that are life-changing! In this episode I have a very touching, emotional and inspiring conversation with Sabine. Sabine Vekemans is an empath, an intuitive reader and writer/poet from The Netherlands. 

She suffered a tragic loss when one of her twins, a baby girl, passed away after 44 days on earth. She speaks about her grief, the healing and how she was guided by the soul of her little one to connect with her spiritual gifts which I am so grateful to share with you in this podcast, the poetry on request especially has been so impactful for me!

On request, Sabine writes poetry, intuitively and remotely, tapping into the energy of a deceased loved one. Heartfelt words that contain a message of solace and encouragement aligned with their Spirit, to be shared at the memorial service or on a thank you card, or to be treasured within our hearts.

After years of suffering “money mess” Eloise discovered Money Alchemy. Growing up in one of the most deprived areas in the UK was not an easy place to start a healthy and respectful relationship with money. Over the years she accumulated over £100,000 in personal debt and had her home repossessed. Battling with her mindset around money led her to close a really successful business but this was also the start of her awareness of a different way to work with money.

Eloise lives near the south coast of England with her partner Mark and their three black cats.

In this podcast Eloise provides insights into money mindset, conditioning around money and the money stories it creates and she explains how healing our own money stories is a crucial step in aligning with abundance and creating a more prosperous future.

Hello purpose seekers!

In this episode I have a wonderful conversation with Jacqueline Adams. 

We first connected in an online training, getting certified in the CJMindCleanse Method and we have since become avid cheerleaders for each other, providing support and experiencing each others healing methods which have helped us boost our own growth, confidence and sense of purpose. I sense our Souls go way back ;-)

Jacqueline had a long career within the nursing profession and left in 1999 to pursue training in complementary therapies. Her main therapy to offer her clients was classical reflexology. From here, she went on to study at the Holistic Healing College in London, studying Soul Plan, Soul Transformation Therapy, Aquarian Atlantean healing paddles and became a spiritual life coach. She then became a Silent Counselling practitioner with rapid energy release and is currently completing her Diploma in Bio Energy Healing. She teaches many of the therapies that she offers. She lives on the beautiful west coast of Scotland and can reach out to people all over the world. When I was in my late 20s I went through a serious depression and I felt like I had no way out. I was zombied out on anti-depressants and valium and did my best to alienate everyone, including myself, in order not to feel. What I thought was the cause was actually the trigger and forced me to realign with my purpose.

I share some of my experience here and how I now know it relates to the life cycle I was in: my first Saturn return. This is also the moment I first gingerly stepped onto the path of my spiritual growth.

In this very first episode I have a wonderful conversation with Analena Fuchs in which she speaks of the moment in her life she felt drawn to living more authentically and on purpose, even though she really didn't know what that would look like. A few intense experiences around the age of thirty (coinciding with her Saturn return) guided her to become a health coach and one thing led to the next.
