Hello purpose seekers!
A few years ago, Yuritzi and I met during a live event that was part of our BodyMind Coaching training. She is a beautiful, kind and soft Soul who radiates…something… I can’t even find a word for it. Essence maybe…? Over the years we have kept a virtual eye on each other in support and encouragement, occasionally reaching out. Yuritzi's Human Design type is the Projector, so I invited her to come on my podcast and she said yes!
In this episode we talk about what the word somatic means, how seemingly simple gestures can change the track of your life, the importance of frequencies of body, mind and Soul, her program "Rebirth" and our love of books!

About Yuritzi:
Yuritzi Govea is a professional dancer and somatic
coach who started cultivating her intuition as a young
girl in her country of origin, Mexico.
Her continuous exploration of the body’s capacity through dance and sports has helped her heighten her intuitive
gifts throughout the years.
With her twenty years of knowledge and experience in
different bodywork and healing modalities, such
as Orthopedic Medical Massage, Lymphedema
Therapy, Modern Dance, Raj Yoga Meditation,
Bowen Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Eastern Bodywork
Modalities, BodyMind Coaching, Somatic Trauma
Resolution (Patriarchy Stress Disorder framework).
Yuritzi is happy to support people in their journey to wellness on the emotional, spiritual, and physical levels.
She is passionate about teaching others the
language of the body so they can access self-
leadership and self-mastery while living body-mind-
spirit connected.
She believes people have the
divine right to spend their lives on what they truly
want. Energized, clear, and on purpose with ease
and joy, pain-free and relaxed, while having tools to
navigate this journey called life.
