Mental Health Awareness Week 2020 is upon us, therefore I have dedicated a number of episodes to discuss topics around mental health.

Today I am joined by my good friend Mark, a well experienced and extremely down to earth Yoga Teacher based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Mark really is the 'Been there, done that' kinda guy and comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience of the Yoga practise.  

In this episode we discuss how Yoga can have a positive effect on our mental state, awareness and promote the mind/body connection.

We also note how Yoga can compliment a strength training programme  (Body Builders listen up!) and improve your form and technique.

Whether you are new to Yoga, have dabbled in your local gym class or want to know more about the benefits of Yoga on mental health then I highly recommend giving this one a listen.
