Think I must of banged my head when I fell out the shower this week cause I've had a thought.  Know what you're thinking, me having thoughts that seems dangerous.  But I actually think it's a good one.  I'm making a change to stop doing insta happy birthdays and I know I sound dramatic but I already feel better for it.  Please let me know I'm not the only person who gets stressed about making them.  Other than I'm talking more oven disasters and a hard for a certain type of birthday card.  Get in touch with your thoughts on this weeks subjects on Instagram @alyx_ross or Twitter @alyxc_ross
