As 40-something women never has the relationships with our women friends been more valuable than now. As we evolve during our mid-life era we know so much more about who we are as women, what our needs are and who helps us to meet those different requirements. Women empower each other when we are raising each other up. Women love unconditionally when we are completely safe to be ourselves. Women stand tall by each other's side when we are in alignment with one another. It is very important that we pour into these relationships so we can nurture one another and ourselves. It makes us better people, better partners, better parents, better aunties, better friends.
