I received a question from FlashedBySanele on instagram about who owns the rights to the photo and who owns the usage right to the photo.

Questions: Since RSA laws stipulate clients own usage copyright, how does it unfold if my t's & c's stipulate the contrary to the copyright laws - I own right to usage and if images are used for ad campaigns and monetary use I am entitled to compensation unless discussed.
