Merry COVID Christmas, everybody! Ho! Ho! Ho! Yeah, okay – that might have been a little uncalled for, or at the very least slightly disrespectful – given the gravity of the pandemic, but you know me: Always trying to get a laugh – even if it is gallows’ humor. And if I’m being perfectly honest the coronavirus is no laughing matter, because so many have suffered and some have even died, so I guess I shouldn’t be so cavalier about it, but that’s just my way of dealing with the stress of it all, you know? It does seem like this dreadful mess just won’t go away, doesn’t it?
