This is the last time you and I will visit together before Christmas Day, so let me just begin The Outdoor Cooking Show by wishing you a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanza or whatever – Happy Holidays to one and all! I’ve said for years, “I don’t choose my friends based on their religion or their politics,” so Happy Whatever-Blows-Your-Dress-Up this time of year, but for me (and my wife Cindy) this is Christmas, and we’re not ashamed to say, “Merry Christmas.”
