瞭解客戶需求是成功的第一步,特別對於SaaS業者。但已購買產品的客戶需求是否改變?兩個方法可以洞察:

  1. 在內部,使用「同理心地圖」瞭解客戶
  2. 對客戶,邀請共同進行「季度營運會議」


  3. 科技發達,客戶互動需溫暖。在平衡成本的前提下,客戶成功團隊應人性化方式提供售後價值,是重要關鍵之一。


    Understanding customer needs is crucial for customer success and sales. It is important to know what customers need in order to provide appropriate solutions.


    However, customers may not always communicate their changing needs to the company. Therefore, companies, especially SaaS providers with flexible relationships, need to proactively maintain relationships with customers, especially those who are large and have high risks or demands.


    It is important to regularly check if customers are using the product/service effectively and if they are experiencing value.


    Two methods to understand customer goals and status are using empathy maps internally and conducting quarterly business meetings with customers.

    Balancing technology tools and human interaction is essential in providing personalized and non-intrusive post-sales value to customers.
