EP25- Struggling to Stay Motivated At Work? 5 Must-Ask Questions for Teachers (I)
Teachers, do you feel like you are constantly growing in your professional career? Do you desire to have more meaning in your work and make a bigger impact in your classrooms?
In this episode (1st of the two-part series), I will share the first 2 questions of "5 questions every teacher should ask themselves": (1) What is your vision or philosophy for education? (2) What kind of students do you care most deeply about? (e.g. primary school/ secondary school, ethnic minority, Special Education Needs, underprivileged students, etc.)
Are these questions too abstract? No worries. I will also share with you my personal answers to these questions and point out how they evolve over time as I became a teacher in Hong Kong and a life-long educator.
