Welcome back to the Living with loss podcast. 
I have been a little distant in recent months due to University commitments, but we are back with another thought-provoking episode.   

I joined up with Sam Winsbury to discuss his relationship with grief following the passing of his father to an alcohol overdose. 
Sam and I got in touch via Linkedin, the power of social media connection is amazing.
In this wonderful episode- Sam Shared his loss philosophy and how he came to grips with grief in his own way.  We looked at the male hesitancy with vulnerability, and how we need to work towards starting those seemingly difficult conversations.
