EP26 - Struggling to Stay Motivated At Work? 5 Must-Ask Questions for Teachers (II)
Teachers, do you feel like you are constantly growing in your professional career? Do you desire to have more meaning in your work and make a bigger impact in your classrooms?
In this episode (2nd of a two-part series), I will share the last 3 questions of "5 questions every teacher should ask themselves": (3) What are your strengths, or even "zones of genius"? (4) Which "sector" and "role" are you suitable for or passionate in? (5) If your life is a book, what is it about?
Are these questions too abstract? No worries. I will also share with you my personal answers to these questions and point out how they evolve over time as I became a teacher in Hong Kong and a life-long educator.
