I'm back with more guests and more stories. This week I caught up with Michelin Starred Chef and proud Tallaght native Andy McFadden. 

He talked about a career that has led him to London, Holland, and now back to Dublin, where he now runs his restaurant, Glovers Alley.

He also talked very candidly about motivation, work-life balance, and the dream guest he would like to cook for, and more.
