Happy weekend – hope you had a good week. Me? Oh, thanks for asking. I had a rollercoaster kind of week – you know, up and down – up one day, down the next. I really enjoyed last week’s installment of The Outdoor Cooking Show, but I figured my football Saturday would go downhill fast after that, because my beloved TCU Horned Frogs had to play Baylor that afternoon, and I don’t need to remind you how hideously bad my Frogs have been so far this season, or how our legendary coach for the last 20 years, Gary Patterson got fired the week before the game. Plus, Baylor was ranked #12 in the country. They’d only lost 1 game, so I was convinced it was going to be a bloodbath in Fort Worth.
