Joy to the world! The Lord is come. Let Earth receive her King. I know it’s still a week away, but I believe you can’t start celebrating the birth of Christ too soon, so joy to the world – the Lord is come. Do you know who wrote the Joy to the World? And no, it wasn’t Jeremiah the Bullfrog, or Three Dog Night you wise acre. It was Handel – as in Handel’s Messiah…yeah, Hallelujah! Same guy. He strikes me as being a little obsessed with Christmas, don’t ya’ think? Not that I have a problem with that, because truth be known – I’m a little obsessed with Christmas, too – especially during Christmas season. Actually, I’m a little obsessed with Jesus, and I know some of you don’t share that passion, but I make no apologies for it.
