In this episode, I talk about my experience in the fashion education system and break down core issues that are hindering industry progress, fashion sustainability and innovation. I break things down from unsustainable teaching practices, outdated teaching methods, over-packed curriculums and more. I also spend some time discussing some of the solutions that could revolutionize the way fashion is taught and consequently, produced in a way that nurtures innovative thinking and allows the designers of the future to see human rights and sustainability as the default to start working in fashion.
