Hi and welcome to episode 3 of Just Havin a Crack.

In this episode "Run Like a Rabbit," we talk to Mark Hore. Mark at 46 was diagnosed with prostate cancer.

Mark went to his doctors as a routine men's health check. Following this appointment, Mark had his prostate removed and his life changed. Mark doesn't consider himself a cancer survivor, but someone who has been given a second chance, as Mark declares "a lucky one"

Mark turns to long-distance running and now enjoys a full enjoyable life.

This episode gives you an insight into Mark's experiences dealing with the post-operation changes to his life and how he now manages himself on a daily basis.

Mark is an advocate often supporting #Movemeber through his running and a very popular figure in his community.
