Stuart is a good friend of mine and he runs a fantastic business in which he helps his customers to be happier, clearer and more peaceful in their day-to-day lives using mindfulness and meditation. The market for this is certainly growing around the world and in this interview, Stuart shares some fascinating insight which will be extremely useful for anyone who knows the power of mediation or just discovering it for the first time.
