In this episode Suchita is joined by Delhi based Shubha Menon, who is a copywriter in Ogilvy and is married having a daughter and 2 dogs. 

She has been suffering with Bipolar disorder and has been very active to bring awareness about mental health and also runs a group for people suffering from bipolar disorder, where they talk about remedies and solutions.

Shubha also discusses deeply about medication and how it affects people.
