Do you know that your brain works in different frequencies through out the day- from the time you get up to the time you fall asleep, and while you are sleeping!; these frequencies are defined as beta, alpha, theta, gamma, delta. It is being researched and proven that the slower your brain wave frequency, the better your mental and physical health.
