How to stay sane in times of huge economic crisis- yes we all are facing huge unprecedented challenges in our work, finances, and perhaps relationships. We talk to Dr. Samir Parikh again (he was our guest in Ep 6 as well) this time about how this pandemic and a sudden crisis- for which none of us were prepared for- is going to affect our mental health- and what we as individuals can do something about it; What is the fresh perspective we can get into our lives and emerge stronger and more resilient!
