In general, vitamins interact badly with CANDIDA. Some vitamins have been known to encourage the growth of CANDIDA while others are known to protect the membrane of Candida against the very antifungal drugs that we seek to kill it. Often, patients have toxic reactions when they take vitamins if their candida levels are high.
