Friendly fire is the unintended practice of self-sabotage. You just can’t stop getting in your own way. This whole thing happens because people become comfortable in that discomfort of not having a process. Don’t jump ship at any point in the process. Stay true to the shinfu so that you do not shoot yourself in the foot. Remember, success is on the other side of discomfort!
