Valerie is the owner of Vitality CFO Consulting. Her interest in number started when she was just 12 years old and she's been crunching them (and her abs!) ever since.

She has a special place in her heart for help women gain control of their finances whether personal or professional. Valerie absolutely believes that to achieve overall health a person must address three areas: spiritual health, physical health and financial health.
