LEADERSHIP IS FEMALE! *Interview starts 6:25* Today I am SO EXCITED to be joined by the Reno Aces General Manager, Emily Jaenson. Emily is one of few women GMs in MiLB, a powerful role model to young women everywhere. Emily even has her own podcast called Leadership Is Female, where she dives into conversations with other female sport executives to talk through their journeys, in the hope to share tips and knowledge with the future generation of female leaders. Emily walks us through her journey of how she earned her role with the Aces, and how her title has changed the industry and inspired so many woman who have goals to one day lead in her shoes *cough cough, me*.
