As Harry went through the hippie process one of his ultimate goals was to be happy and to stay in that place of happiness.
Joe was experiencing life as unworthy and unwanted until he started to change his way of thinking. Joe found his power from within following the 3 Principles he was taught.
Through these principles Joe found himself shifting his mindset to work for him and not against him. Joe realized that his biggest problem was the process of his mental thoughts that were holding him in a place where he was comparing himself to others.
The conversation is one that has its own beat and tone as the men express their take on mind health and spiritual growth.
