This week I interviewed Ivan Villalba, who is the founder of Elite Surf Coaching. As a former professional surfer himself, Ivan has competed all across the world, from Hawaii, to Australia, to Europe, and helps other surfers master their performance. In this episode, Ivan and I chat about his passion for the sport, the challenges he faced to achieve his level of performance, and what motivated him to start his own surf coaching company.
