In this episode, I reflect on a recent workshop I did for a mastermind group. This workshop reflected to me all over again the power of bringing people together to learn about themselves and others, and how the Enneagram can create a sense of being seen and understood. It’s not enough just to know about the Enneagram, that’s not where the magic happens, the magic is in the integration. True transformation happens when you know how to integrate what you have learned into your life.

The Enneagram is a means to not only understand yourself, but also to gain insights into the motivations, fears, superpowers, and weaknesses of your loved ones. This understanding, when approached with compassion, kindness, and grace, allows for authentic and genuine connections, leading to the ability to make a significant impact in both personal and professional relationships.

Integration is not only important for personal well-being, but also for success in business. Being able to effectively express ourselves and communicate our gifts and impact-making abilities is crucial for creating transformation and solving problems. Understanding and leading ourselves is the most important part of the integration process, and the Enneagram can accelerate this journey.
