Our dreaming is the shadow work! Our night dreams are always bringing the shadow to light, or at least trying to, but it’s up to us to turn the light of our awareness in & see what’s there. This is also what we do with waking dreams & imagery exercises, turning the light of our awareness inside to see what is happening, and choose again.
