Today's episode is a gem with Michaeleen Doucleff, PhD and New York Times bestselling author. Michaeleen's incredible parenting book Hunt, Gather, Parent was written after traveling to three continents with her then 3-year-old daughter, Rosy. Maya, Inuit, and Hadzabe families showed her how to tame tantrums, motivate kids to be helpful, and build children’s confidence and self-sufficiency.
One of my favorite parenting books, I am thrilled to share this convo with you. We sit down to talk about key points, Michaeleen tells examples beyond the book, and how she sees the efficacy of applying the work - with her emotionally intelligent now 7 year old daughter as living evidence.

Beyond the concept is the lived reality of how we relate to & live the experience of consent.
Inspired by a recent experience while wedding dress shopping where I was confronted with having my consent not even considered, this episode is devoted to opening up on embodying consent.

Entering parenthood is one of the greatest initiations and invitations to do the work of realizing what is within us & what we desire to transform in service of our children. Whenever I notice a pattern I do my best to speak to it. Three sessions in a week recently we touched on empaths/highly sensitive people and our gifts & burdens. Inspired, I've made an episode to tell a bit more about what I see.

This week's guest is Aurélie de Schoutheete, an osteopath and medicine woman in her own right.
Aurélie started her career as a cranial osteopath for babies over 20 years ago, her practice has shifted to supporting women in embodying themselves within their pelvis and through working with the fascia & muscles vaginally. She also leads women circles with her blood sister for the last decade, training other circle leaders & teaching an online program sensory gyn-ecology - all about retaking ownership of vulva vagina & womb outside and beyond patriarchy and the medical model. In addition to all that she’s a mother of two, loves resting as a spiritual practice and connecting with the earth through gardening.
In this episode Lindsey & Aurélie dive deep into the mysteries that the pelvis encompass, the healing that can unfurl when we connect through our tissues, and the incredible intelligence that rests within.

Today Lindsey sits with her teacher, Dr. Catherine Shainberg, for this episode devoted to the subversive nature of dreaming.
Catherine is an internationally renowned teacher, healer, psychologist, and dream and imagery expert. She is the lineage holder the Kabbalah of Light, an 800 year old legacy transmitted to her by Colette Aboulker-Mouscat. The founder of the School of Images, Catherine is dedicated to teaching the techniques of this ancient tradition through imagery & dreaming workshops worldwide and through her books Kabbalah and the Power of Dreaming, DreamBirth, and the Kabbalah of Light.
"The work consists of turning the conscious mind back to looking into the subconscious mind" says Dr. Catherine Shainberg in describing the process of inner gazing, which is the fundamental practice in which we as dreamers engage.
Storytelling, teaching, informing & giving a message of hope for where we are and where we are consciously dreaming ourselves toward, this episode has something for us all to receive & take with us into the dreamtime.

Have you ever held a newborn baby and witnessed their embodied knowing that they will be taken care of, just as he/she always has been? That level of unshakable Trust & Faith that all is perfect as it is?
Not all babies exhibit it, due to life experiences post or prenatally, ancestral inheritances, and the mystical makeup of the individual, but if you've ever been able to witness it - you were touched.
This episode is devoted to opening up the cultivation of Trust that is available to us all. Trusting in the Beauty & Goodness of Life can sometimes feel like work, but really what more fulfilling work could there be?
Listen to the end for Lindsey's favorite Water Ritual to support your Trust cultivation today.
