Hi friends! Today on the podcast I had a wonderful conversation with Sarah Johnstone of Wingberry Farms in Southern Ontario. Sarah has had her foot in the competition ring since she was a child and has many successes as a junior and young professional. I had the absolute privilege of learning how she manages her high level horses, approaches training youngsters, values rider fitness, produces quality students and more. 

One of the themes that kept coming up throughout our discussion was how Sarah pays great attention to all of the equestrians around her. She gives valuable advice for those looking to pursue a career in the industry and shares some of the best words of wisdom she's received from a few of her many mentors.
