Today a client on my mastermind call looked at me on the brink of tears & asked "Jess, how do you do it all?"
I don't.
The women in my rooms are making more money than they have ever made, held, or sustained. A lot of them are moms. A lot of them are recalibrating their whole lives at the same time. And almost every hot seat today started with "okay, I'm not going to cry." That's not a problem.
That's what a complete identity up-level looks like from the inside.
In this episode I get into why being an entrepreneur is supposed to be dysregulating (you would never be growing if it wasn't), why "this doesn't feel like enough money" is the most common problem in my highest level mastermind & the difference between the surface waves you can't control & the undercurrent you always can .. your self-concept, what you believe, where you're going.
Everything else is mid-level ego riptide.
Nobody with an astronomically different life got there by following the path of least resistance & letting their morning mood make the decisions.
You can't do it all. There are trade-offs. And it is not supposed to feel easy every day.
