Trauma and the Parasympathetic Nervous System 

With guest actor/practitioner/super knowledgeable in the areas of trauma, Sue Gisser, educates us why our body responds  how it does, and how to deal with it effectively. Sue taught us so much that we have to have a part two for this episode. It’s one of the most fascinating episodes even though it doesn’t directly have to do a skin care. I think everybody should hear it. Also she’s hilarious!!!
