I had originally planned to talk about adhesions in the body and under the skin and how it affects your face and wrinkles, but we definitely veered off topic. We talk about thr Fascia Blaster, Liz’s journey with testosterone, and all of the martial arts she’s mastering! Liz is a hilarious person and Comedian, and this episode is wild.
