This week on the poddy we’re talking all things business, taking a trip down memory lane all the way back to when we first started our digital agency, The Ardent Collective, 4 years ago. We’ve narrowed down our top 7 lessons - from the power of saying yes, learning to pivot, managing finances, tools to make your work flow easier (although there might be a catch 22) and of course, building your team, working with clients and setting those boundaries.
