Dr. Norma Salcedo is a social justice educator and higher education professional who has been advocating for the personal and academic success of students across the United States for over 10 years. Norma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from California State University, San Bernardino, a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from the University of Kansas, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from San Francisco State University. During her free time, Norma enjoys spending time at the beach, having dance parties with her five year old niece, and planning zoom celebrations with her friends.
