Allison Cospin (she/her) is currently a first year graduate student, pursuing her Master’s in Social Work degree in the hopes of becoming licensed as an LCSW. Allison previously completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at San Francisco State University. In the midst of a worldwide pandemic, Allison has been able to start an emotional journey of growth, prioritizing mental health and faith, and learning more about herself, especially when it comes to navigating dating, relationships, and anxiety in the mix. Allison uses her knowledge and experiences to foster healthy relationships, promote growth and a nurturing space, and stay grounded in what you know when facing the unknown.

Pa-Zong Bina Lee is a Hmong woman hailing from St. Paul, Minnesota with the dream of becoming a fierce media mogul. She's currently a reporter at a radio station that's the NPR affiliate in Syracuse, NY, a freelancer for the Grio, and a grad student at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. During her undergrad years at SU, she and her friend AJ developed the Can't Make This Up podcast in the hopes of enacting change through storytelling. Their mission is to use their personal narratives as two best friends coming from different underrepresented backgrounds to drive the topics they discuss and have an equal exchange of knowledge and perspective with their listeners.
AJ was born and raised in Atlanta.. After graduating high school he joined the Marines where he served as a combat photographer and embassy guard overseas. After leaving the military he studied Communications at Syracuse University before moving back to Atlanta. In 2020 he turned his focus to creating digital content. Starting the YouTube channel AJ Renaissance where he began discussing menswear and fashion. He then launched the Can’t Make This Up podcast with Bina. He is also currently writing a novel. While doing these things he currently works as a stylist with a focus on men's suiting.
Charles Orgbon III (he/him) is an environmental sustainability consultant by day, and freelance writer by night. He's passionate about both. When it comes to writing, Charles has done a variety of creative projects, from personal essays to news journalism to even comics and songwriting. In 2020, for example, he released his first EP, "A Survivor's Reward." He loves writing about identity, culture, and sexuality.
Charles speaks about stop trying to make someone or something it is not, but also about grace, growth, and how people can change.
Steven Granados (he/him) is a first year graduate student, pursuing a Master of Education. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Steven was able to attend San Francisco State University. Being in San Francisco, he was able to begin a complex journey in becoming comfortable with what it means to be a gay latinx man. Building a foundation of what that meant, Steven continues to use this foundation to allow him to grow, view the world around him, and foster healthy relationships. In this episode of Fun, The One, and the Remaining Ton - Steven talks about love, friendship, and not letting experiences pass you by.

Ruby Gabriel is a plus size model, wife, and a questioner of life. A Washington native - born and raised with a love for travel, but more importantly making connections with people from all walks of life. She thinks every human being is special and is fascinated by people's stories. Ruby and her husband just bought their first home and they are proud first generations home buyers. Born and raised in Roanoke, Alabama, Krystle Bell Saulsberry is a 2007 magna cum laude graduate of Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a double minor in Spanish and Business & Technical Writing. She is a 2011 graduate of Auburn University Montgomery with a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management and Leadership. She also holds a Certificate in Grant Proposal Writing from Fort Hayes State University.
Krystle has 18 years of pageantry experience as a titleholder, judge, coach, emcee, stage manager, and content creator. She is the Owner & Founder of Krystle Clear Pageantry. Krystle Clear Pageantry is a web-based platform that is designed to coach and educate women and girls on how to have a winning mindset, make a good presentation, and develop self-confidence.
Aside from her pageantry experience, Krystle is the AARP Community Programs Instructor for the Birmingham, Alabama market where she teaches and facilities technology, caregiving, job search, and networking classes and workshops for the 50+ population. Krystle also serves as the Grant Writer for the Black Girls RUN! Foundation.
Krystle is married to Robert Saulsberry, Jr., and they reside in Oxford, Alabama.

Lauren Lisowe is a 40 year old data analyst and mom to 13 year old Braden and 10 year old Amelia. While both of her kids were born Georgia peaches in Atlanta, Lauren has returned to her Arkansas roots to be closer to family to raise her family. One of her proudest personal accomplishments is graduating from Georgia Tech in Atlanta. In her "spare time" she also runs her 10 year old's non-profit, Lisowe's Lights, and helps facilitate her son's budding chef business, Braden's Bites. She also currently serves as the Marketing Vice President on the executive committee for the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries and is a third term President of the ADCPO. Her greatest joy in life is watching her kids doing what they love to do on stage.
